     James Stinson sold 80 acres for $40 in E1/2 of NW1/4 S33-T46-R16, except for the graveyard Cooper County, Missouri, USA, to Elizabeth Gist, Stephen Stinson, Joshua Martin, Hiram Gist, Sarah Gist, John Gist, Caleb Martin, Louisa Martin, Aaron Martin, Lilly Martin, Michael Brown, Jane Brown, Moses Martin, Nancy Ann Martin, Isham Martin, Solomon Martin and Sarah Redmond Martin on 28 October 1837. The deed was witnessed by an unknown person and proved.1
