In the matter of the proof of an instrument in writing ______ to the last Will and testament of John Hill Deceased __________ comes Lydia B Hill the custodian of said instrument and also came Winslow Davis also came ___ first duly sworn and their actions said that they were present and heard the said John Hill publish and declare said instrument to be his last Will and Testament and that they signed said instrument as witnesses there at the request ______ of the testator in his presence and in the presence of each other and that at the time of signing said instrument the said testator was of sound mind and memory.

It is therefore ordered by the court that said instrument be ____ it is hereby declared to be the Last Will and Testament of him the said John Hill Deceased.

__________ Lydia B Hill and asks the court to issue Letters ________ ____________said estate to her and the said Lydia B Hill and the said Lydia B Hill being appointed Executrix by said and she having taken the oath and given bond as required by law.
