Marek Blahus Has been kind enough to translate these two Czech webpages and one map of areacodes. And allowed me to post them on my web site for anyone to use. The translated pages are a view only web page. I suggest you print the translated webpage for easy reference, then go to the online site and give it a try. The useable link to each Czech webpage is directly below the translation link. The areacode link is a map of were the telephone area codes are, so once you find your surname, you can pinpoint were in the Czech Republic they live.
