The 1762 Bedford Co, VA will by a John Carson made bequests of land in Buckingham Co VA to his sons, Ezekiel, John and Thomas Carson. These are the only sons of this John (though the source that pointed that out, and the one that listed the children are the same - a 1925 manuscript). One of the witnesses was James Carson, relationship undetermined.

In the Name of God Amen I John Carson of Bedford County [__] Sick and Weak of Body but of perfect mind & Memory thanks be given [__] Calling unto mind and Memory the Mortality of any body and knowing it is Appointed for all men once to Die do make and Ordain this my Last Will and Testament that is to say principly and first of all I give and Bequeath to my
