Owned Beard’s Choice (100 acres) and St. Margaret’s Field (100 acres) as of 1667. In 1705, Robert Beard (son?) is listed as owner of 50 acres of Beard’s Choice, but in the 1707 Rent rolls it’s his daughter and her husband William Meakin with 100 acres. William and Robert Meakin, his grandsons, received St. Margaret’s Field and another, it seems, tract called St. Margaret’s Forest, 100 acres.
