Johnathon and Margery had seven children in Murfreesboro before traveling by mule train to Obion County, TN in 1844. Abram Ivey Owen was born enroute, in Dresden, TN. In Obion County they were members of the Antioch Presbyterian Church located northwest of Union City, TN. They are buried in the Antioch Church cemetary.
