A Sale of 80 Acres by John Graham to Andrew J. Graham

This identure made the 11th day of September in the year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and Sixty Three. Between John Graham of the County of Fulton in the state of Kentucky of the first part and Andrew J. Graham of the same county and state of the aforesaid of the second part for consideration of the sum of one thousand dollars lawful money of the United States of America to sum paid in hand by the said party of the second part the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and scknowledged. Have granted, aliened . . . released, . . and confirmed and by these present do grant, alien, remise, release, and confirm unto the said party of the second part and to his heirs and assigns forever are that certain piece or parcel of land lyingin the county and state aforesaid and known and distinuished as follows to wit. The east half of the northwest quarter of Section thirty-three Township One Range three west containing eighty acres of land more or less, together with all and Singular the hereditary and appurtenances therewith belonging or in anywise appertaining and the reversion and reversions remainder and remainders. Rents, issues and profits thereof, and all the Estate. Right title-interest. Claim and demand whatsoever of the said party of the first part in law or equity, of, in and to the above granted premises with the said here . . . and appurtenances.

To have and To hold, the above mentioned and described presenses with the appurtenances and every part and parcel thereof, to the said party of the second part of his heirs and assigns forever. And the said John Graham for himself his heirs, executors and administrations fo convenant, grant, bargain, promise and agree to and with the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns to warrant and forever defend the above granted premises and ever of part and parcel thereof, now' being in the quiet and peaceful possession of the said party of the second part against the said party of the first part his heirs executors, administrators and assigns and against all and every other person or persons claiming or to claim the said presence of any part thereof.

To witness thereof the said party of the first part have here unto set his hand and seal, the day and year first above written.
