John HENAGHEN

  General Notes:

At the time of the 1861 census John was described as a labourer and was living at Radford Row, Sheffield with wife Mary and children Mary and John. In the 1871 census they were all living at 25 Sims Croft, Sheffield (surname recorded as Heigham) and had three lodgers with them.
In the 1881 census John and Mary (along with son John and two lodgers) were still at 25 Sims Croft (this time with the surname recorded as Hinighan). John was described as a Pedlar.

John is buried in City Road Cemetery, Sheffield, in an unmarked, Common grave (3219GG - 4th row, 5th from far side) along with his wife Mary and three grandchildren who died in infancy Thomas, Catherine and Martin Walsh
