General Notes: At the time of the 1841 census Benjamin was living with his parents at Ingram Place, Rothwell, Yorkshire [HO/107/1269/16/10]. He was still with them at Ingram Place at the time of the 1851 census were his occupation was recorded as a Coal Engine Tenter [HO/107/2316/6/376]. By the time of the 1861 census he had married Fanny Hollings and was living along with his young children at Ingram Place, Rothwell [RG9/3359 58 1]. Benjamin's occupation was given as a Water Engine Tenter. In 1871 Benjamin, Fanny and their growing family are at 7 Ingram Place, Rothwell [RG10/4518 8 10] and Benjamin is stil an Engine Tenter (at the Colliery).
