57. James Anthony was born on 21 Mar 1831 in St Johns Worcester. He was baptized on 30 Mar 1831 in St Clements St Johns Worcester, lived Cripplegate area at the time. He signed a will about 1901 in Worcester. leaving everything to Jimmy - illegitimate son of daughter Alice& to his daughter Katherine Rhoda He died on 3 Dec 1904 in St Peter, Powick, Worcestershire.

James Anthony and Eliza Bosworth were married on 10 Apr 1853 in St Peter, Powick, Worcestershire. Eliza Bosworth⁵ was born on 13 Jan 1832 in Leigh with Bransford Worcestershire. This date was confirmed in her daughter Katherine Rhoda's birthday book She died on 10 Mar 1894 in St Peter, Powick, Worcestershire. It is possible that Eliza is the one who made the 'Buckland smock' currently in possession of Worcester Museums. A beautifully worked piece of smocking.
Eliza's parents were Thomas Bosworth, a labourer and Ann Brooks. They married at St Marys Gt. Malvern on 19.4.1831. Thomas made his mark but Ann signed. What is interesting to note is the witnesses:- James Miles and Mary Bowen James Anthony and Eliza Bosworth had the following children:
