10-2-1-5 SAMUEL LIBBY, born in Scarborough, 17 Dec. 1759; married 8 Jan. 1783, ABIGAIL GRAFFAM, daughter of Josiah and Catherine (Whidden) Graffam of Scarborough.

He was a farmer and lived where Enos Hubbard Libby, 10-2-1-5-13-2, now lives. He died very suddenly, of heart trouble, 8 March 1819. He was a Revolutionary soldier, and his widow drew a pension for his services. She died 9 March 1856. Their children were:
