Anna Belle Stracener Corcoran

MOBEETIE - Anna Belle Stracener Corcoran, 80, died Saturday, May 16, 1998.

Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday in First Baptist Church of Mobeetie with the Rev. Lewis
Ellis of Lefors and the Rev. Johnny Crawford of Mobeetie officiating. Burial will be in Mobeetie
Cemetery by Wright Funeral Home of Wheeler.

Mrs. Corcoran was born in Goree. In 1931, her family moved to Mobeetie from Pampa.
She retired in 1993 after 27 years of cafeteria work for the Mobeetie schools. She was a
member of Mobeetie First Baptist Church since 1937 and of the T.E.L. Sunday School class.
She married Ariza Corcoran in 1936 in Mobeetie.

Survivors include her husband; a son, Ray Corcoran of Weimar; a daughter, Arica Lancaster
of Amarillo; three brothers, Cecil Stracener of Booneville, Ark., Wade Stracener of Clinton,
Iowa, and Roy Stracener of Rancho Cordova, Calif.; a sister, Billie Jo Trimmer of Mineral
Wells; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home or any other time
at the Corcoran home. They request memorials be to the
