Davies HUGHES. They were the parents of at least fourteen

14 James Taylor FARRIS. Born on 15 May 1832 in NC. James
Taylor
died in Jackson Co., OH on 1 Mar 1879; he was 46. Buried in
Evergreen Cem.,
Jackson, Jackson Co., OH. He served in the Civil War, Confederate
Army for
one week in Nov 1862. He was a farmer 1860 In Stokes Co NC census.
His daughter Emma did not know he was a Confederate deserter, at
least she NEVER said that.
On 22 Mar 1853 when James Taylor was 20, he married Susan Rachel SAMS, in Stokes Co., NC.

Caron and he died after 1850. He and his family lived in
Nantylles, Caron at least for the 1841 and 1851 censuses. Have you
ever tried to find a John Jones in Wales?!
John married Mary whose maiden name may have been EVANS. She was
born about 1786 in Caron.

28 Coleman FARRIS. Born in 1794 in Henry Co., VA. Coleman died about 1860/1870.
On 16 Dec 1817 when Coleman was 23, he married Elizabeth WEST, in Henry Co., VA.
29 Elizabeth WEST. Born in 1794 in VA.
30 James SAMS. Born in 1809 in Henry Co., VA. James died aft 1870. He served in the Confederate Army during the Civil War.
On 20 Jul 1834 when James was 25, he married Permelia CAHILL, in Henry Co., VA.
31 Permelia CAHILL. Born on 22 Mar 1805 in VA. Permelia died in Ohio in 1876; she was 70.
