The note below was written by Beryl Shearing, nee Schofield, before passing the tea caddy on to her niece, Susan Barrows nee Schofield.
Beryl had no daughter of her own to pass it on to.

The Tea Caddy from Cornwell. My mother's name was Yeates, her mother's name was Jenkyn, her mother's name was Grenfell, her mother's name was Faull, so that it belonged to my GGG Grandmother.H B Shearing nee Schofield. Harriet M Schofield nee Yeates.

My mother's name was Yeates,
her mother's name was Jenkyn,
her mother's name was Grenfell,
her mother's name was Faull,  [actually it was her mother in law]
so that it belonged to my Great Great Great Grandmother.
