Because this photograph is mounted in the album right next to the photograph on page 13c, identified as Robert L. Baird; the two photograph mounts are identical; and the child in this photograph looks like the child in the photograph on page 13c except older; the subject in this photograph may also be Franklin Tatum Baird's oldest son, Robert L. Baird.
