Brian Siversen - Hannah Collins (my g-g-grandmother) before (early 1830s) she married a Denis Fitzgerald. She apparently came from Northern Ireland and died in Bowral in 1869. From her death certificate, she was born about 1815.
Hannah's husband, Denis Fitzgerald was on the Sydney stage from mid 1840s to mid 1860s, and often accompanied in his acting, dancing, etc. roles by a "Mr Collins". One venue was Barnett Levey's Theatre Royal in George-st, Sydney. I have an interest in identifying this Mr Collins as I am also researching the early Sydney theatrical scene.

Jennelle McCarrick - Charles John Collins (my g-g-uncle) born 1870, his brother Albert Thomas Collins born 1872 (my g-grandfather) and their father Charles Collins who married Maria Page in 1868.
Albert Collins went on to marry Lily Alexandria Margaret Bell Aitken, (her father Peter Alexandria Aitken known as Alec - Blackhall, 1914) was mixed up with the labour party movement in Blackhall in its early days.

Chris Mellor - Edward Collins ( known as Ned) who emigrated to Australia from Ireland in the 19th century. I don't have much to go on except he was married to Mary-Ann Toomey and they were married in Ipswich  near Brisbane Australia and lived in Mt. Walker on a property called " Coonagh".

Dave Collins - My gg-grandfather, Thomas Collins settled in Sydney in the late 1820s and in the 1840s re-settled in Queensland.  We have a very good record of the family, mainly in Australia, since then.  Prime names are Thomas and his wife Sophia, and their children : James Carden, Sophie, Jessie, and Emma.  If anyone is wanting to know about that family I can probably help.

Kerry Hancock - My G G G Grandfather Dennis Collins of Abbeyfaele, Co Limerick was convicted in Co Kerry, Ireland for sheep stealing and transported in 1835 on board the "Backwell". His 4 children ,John and his wife Johanna O'Keefe, Thomas and his wife Mary Harnett, Dennis and Margaret followed in 1849 on board the "Success" and settled in the Illawarra District of New South Wales, where Dennis had received his ticket of
leave. My Great Grandfather Michael Collins,  a son of Thomas and Mary, married Mary Anne Summers ( Richard Summers, Mary Kelly) at Dapto in 1879.Some time later they and most of their children moved to the northern rivers district of New South Wales and eventually to Queensland. I would like to hear from anyone who is researching the family of Dennis Collins.

Min Tamsitt - Searching for any information on the family of Edward James Collins, Born 1917 at Longreach, Queensland, the son of William Henry Collins & Emma Rushton. William & Emma Married in 1914 in Queensland, Australia
