Clatworthy family of Bristol [much more to come]
One of the families in my husband's tree also lived in
Bristol. They were the Clatworthy family, beginning in Bristol with William
Clatworthy who married Eliza Poole on 17th October 1830 and their children
Stephen Edwards Clatworthy b. 13 Dec 1831, William Edwards Clatworthy born in
1833 and Henry Edwin Edwards Clatworthy born 18 August 1838. One of William
Edwards Clatworthy's daughters, Matilda Clatworthy born 4 November 1874 married
a Thomas Hopkins and this photograph below contains two of Thomas Hopkins's
children Frank & Florence [who may also be Matilda's]. The
children are holding Fry's Commemorative chocolate tin given out to school
children in Bristol for the coronation of King George V and Queen Mary.
