In the book "Kincheloe, McPherson and Related Families" by Lewin McPherson we know only the following about Julia:
 

"The estate of Daniel McPherson was being administered between the date of his [Daniel] death, Oct. 17, 1844 and Feb. 28, 1847 by his son Barton McPherson as administrator, in Roane Co., Tenn. when he signed report to Court that: "The sum left to be divided among the heirs is $276.89.  There being 12 heirs the amount to be paid each is $23.07."  The importance of this statement is that it adds a child in excess of the 11, the largest list of their children accumulated from records and traditions from all ascertained sources and no record was found in the Roane co., Tenn County Court of receipts taken from any of said "12" heirs by the administrator, or any recorded return of their names.  An oath by said administrator, Barton McPherson is on file in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Raone Co., Tenn. signed at March Term, 1847 of the Circuit Court."
