On the 9th day of August 1886, the Will of Henry NORTON late of Derby in the County of Derby Accountant's Clerk deceased, who died on the 1st day of June1886, at Derby aforesaid was proved in Her Majesty's High Court of Justice in the District Registry attached to the Probate Division thereof at Derby by the Oath of Harriet NORTON of 43 Rose Hill Street, Derby in the County of Derby, Widow the Relict, the sole Executrix named in the Will she having been first sworn duly to administer. Gross value of Personal Estate £744.3.1 This is the last Will and Testament of me Henry NORTON of Derby in the County of Derby Accountant's Clerk First I Will and direct that all my just debts funeral Testamentary and probate expenses be fully paid satisfied and discharged by my Executrix hereinafter named And I give devise and bequeath unto my dear wife Harriet NORTON All and singular my messuages lands tenements hereditaments and real estate whatsoever and also all and singular my monies securities for money goods chattels personal estate and effects what soever To hold the same unto and to the use of the said Harriet NORTON her heirs executors administrators and assigns for ever And I appoint the said Harriet NORTON sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament And lastly revoking all former Wills I declare this only to be my last Will and Testament In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this Seventh day of August in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and sixty six. Signed by the said Henry NORTON the Testator as his last Will and Testament in the presence of us being present at the same time who at his request , in his presence and before leaving his presence and in the presence of each other subscribe our names as witnesses Robert PETTS, 60 Peters Street, Derby Proved at Derby the 9th day of August 1886 by the Oath of Harriet NORTON Widow the Relict, the sole Executrix to whom Administration was granted. The Testator Henry NORTON was late of Derby in the County of Derby Accountant's Clerk, and died on the 1st day of June 1886 at Derby aforesaid, Gross value of Personal Estate £774.3.1
