On the 18th day of April 1867, Letters of Administration of all and singular the personal Estate and Effects of Martha LOVATT wife of Thomas LOVATT, late of Chapel Ash Wolverhampton in the County of Stafford deceased, who died on the seventh day of December 1899 at Chapel Ash Wolverhampton aforesaid intestate were granted at the District Registry attached to Her Majesty's Court of Probate at Lichfield to the said Thomas LOVATT of Chapel Ash Wolverhampton aforesaid Gentleman the lawful husband (of) the said deceased, he having been first sworn duly to administer.

Sureties William LOVATT of Chapel Ash Wolverhampton aforesaid Provision Merchant and Eli LOVATT of Bilston in the County of Stafford Confectioner
