In the Name of God Amen I Oliver Vincent of this parish of St Allen in this County of Cornwall being of perfect memory and Remembrance praised be God for it doth make and Ordain this my Last Will and Testament Revoking all other will or testament what so ever in manor and form as following that is to say viz First I bequeath my soul into the hand of Almighty God my maker hoping that through the Meritorious doth and papion of his son Jesus Christ my only Saviour and Redeemer to receive free pardon and forgiveness for all my sins and for my Body to be Buried with A Christian Burial at the discretion of my Executrix and Executor hereafter mentioned Item I Give and Bequeath unto the hands of Catharan, my wife and Oliver my son in trust all my estate Goods Chattels Credits movable or immovable whatsoever to be divided proportional part to ever son a double part to what shall each daftor part or share be and my son Oliver Vincent to have twenty pounds over and above either of his brothers And every childs part to be paid their part and share when they shall attain the age of twenty fower years of age If to be spared and not wanted for to support the younger children And my wife to have an equal part with my younger sons. All Leases Goods Chattels Credits movable and immovable whatsoever I give unto Catharan my wife and Oliver my son and do make my sole Executrix and Executor in paying all my Debts Lawfull damages and Legascassys given in this above Testament As witness my hand this fourth day of April One Thousand Eight hundred and Six
