Probate granted 4 October 1832, Leicester

This is the last Will and Testament of me Robert SHEAVYN of Long Whatton in the County of Leicester, Farmer.

First I direct that all my just debts and funeral expences (sic) be paid and fully satisfied out of my personal estate.

I Give and bequeath unto my dear wife Elizabeth SHEAVYN all my Live and Dead Stock of household furniture implements of husbandry and all other my property of every description whatsoever for her own use and benefit for ever

And I do hereby nominate and appoint my dear Wife Executrix of this my last Will and Testament

Witness my hand this Eighth Day of March in the Year of Our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and Thirty Two
