She was born March 19, 1903 and died May 24, 1963. She married Virgil Edmond Hurt on September 19, 1919 in Davidson County, Tennessee. He was the son of Thomas Henry Hurt and Katie Gleaves Hurt and was born June 19, 1892 and died January 14, 1988. Both are buried in the Gleaves-Clement Cemetery in Hermitage Tennessee. They had 9 children.
