Step 1 ) National Archives Index Page
Under right-hand column titled "Other Ways to Search"
Step 2) Click on Microfilm Publications Search
Step 3) Click on Search the Microfilms Publication Catalog
Step 4) Enter Microfilm ID Number
a) For
Individual Civilians Enter = M345
or
b) For Groups
of Civilians Enter = M416
Step 5) Enter Record Group Number = RG109
Results screen will read: Records Retrieved (1)
Step 6) Click on Display Research Results
Results screen will display record result
Step 7) Click on "FULL" which will give complete description of record
