The Wood Family Chart

The Family Tree is available to view in chart form. To view the chart you will need to download Generations Software. The software is 100% free and very easy to use. To view the chart:

Setup to view a genealogy tree on the Internet

You must follow the following steps if you want to view or edit a genealogy tree (.gno file) within a web browser.

1. Download Generations. You must have Generations installed on your system to view a genealogy tree in your browser.
   To download Generations v1.51, click on this link: InstallGenerations.exe
     (900 KB, Approx. 5 minutes at 28.8 Kbs).
     To install Generations, simply double-click on geno.exe.
2. Make sure your browser can host an ActiveX control.  If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer 3.0 (or later), then you are set.  If you are using Netscape Navigator, you may not be able to view your genealogy tree within the browser unless you install an ActiveX plug-in.

 

View a genealogy tree on the Internet

1. Simply click on the .gno icon .
   The full path is http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.com/~bobw/woodtree.gno
     The browser will download the .gno file and prompt to open or save the file to disk.
2. Select "Open it" and click OK.
