Sources:
(1) Ronny Bodine found that in 1920 Carl was 17, in 1930 he was 25, and in 1940 he was 38.  At his death in Jan 1962 his age 
was given as 59.  It seems that "abt 1902" is better than the Aug. 8, 1906 given in his marriage record. So my guess is 
that it is probably Aug. 8, 1902. 
(2) Kentucky Birth Records reflect Mattie F. Bodine was born 27 May 1914 in Logan County.
