Coy Hall

Coy Lee Hall of Winchester died Saturday, March 5, at the Franklin County Health Care Center in Winchester. He was 79.

A retired farmer, he was a Franklin County native, the son of the late James Emery and Laura Hall.

Funeral services were at 2:30 Monday at Moore-Cortner Chapel, with burial in Franklin Memorial Gardens.

Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. James Isbell of Belvidere, Mrs. James Evans of McMinnville, and Mrs. John Luttrell of Fayetteville; six sons, Arthur Davis Hall and John Hall, both of Adrain, Mich., Billy Wayne Hall and Clyde Hall of Winchester, Bobby Dale Hall of Tullahoma, and Franklin Hall of Manchester; 19 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.

[Transcriber Notes: Obituary found amongst my grandmother’s documents that I inherited from my father. My grandmother was Jessie Velma (Durham) Bolden Womack. My relationship to Coy Lee Hall, if any, is still unknown. If you are related to this family line, please contact me.

Regarding Parents: Obit reads "James Emery and Laura Hall." Restated, it should probably read, Mr. & Mrs. James Emery and Laura Hall (Laura’s maiden name unknown).
