Bonsteins History Pictures

The Place of "OUR" German Heritage

On the AmRev-Hessian mailing list Barbara and I were  discussing the fact that her  Henry Stemler, Hessian ancestor,  was from Ropperhousen too, that he also was in the same company and captured at Trenton, and in prison in the same place as "OUR " Bonsteins. She also had ancestors buried in at the Drylands Cemetery, PA.

She sent me some wonderful pictures of Ropperhousen that GŁnther Fuhrmann, a kind gentleman, who lives in Germany took for her. I asked if I could use them  here, she said to ask GŁnther Fuhrmann. He responded with yes but asked that his name be included as the owner of the photos.
