submitters notes:
The marriage record lists her as Barbara Ann Bowen. But evidence indicates that she was a Booram. Due to 2 courthouse fires after this marriage in Hamilton Co & the resulting re-recording of records, some damaged, it's unknown what was on the original record. Barbara Ann & husband Caleb Hill are named on the 1847 subpeona regarding Aaron Booram's will. Barbara & Caleb moved to Logan Co OH before the 1850 census. Her sister Nancy Jane & husband Napthalia Constable were also in Logan by the 1850, but had returned to Hamilton Co by 1860. Sometime after the census was taken, Barbara died & Caleb married a 2nd time there on Oct. 28, 1853 to Nancy Hukil. Among the papers found with the 1847 subpeona is a letter from Nancy & Caleb Hill in Bellecentre, Logan Co. dated Feb. 8, 1853 to Isaac & Jane Sickles in Butlerville, Warren Co. OH. Barbara Booram's mother Jane had married following Jesse's death to Isaac Sickles in 1847. The letter begins "Death mother & father". Note that Barbara's sister Rebecca married a Henry Hill Dec. 24, 1840 per Hamilton Co OH Marriage Reocrds (doesn't look like I have a copy of this one, however) It is unknown if Caleb & Henry Hill were related. Barbara (Booram) Hill
