Unsolicited Commercial Email (aka spam) sent to any email
address(es) on this site constitutes the sender(s)'s acceptance of critiquing
services, billed at $100.00 per hour, with a minimum billing of five (5) hours.
Authorization is given by the act of sending unsolicited commercial email to use
what ever legal means necessary to collect, and the sender of unsolicited email
further agrees to pay any and all costs or charges entailed in collecting the
amount due the holder of said email address(es), and that any and all legal
actions will be in the jurisdiction of the courts of Tooele County in the
State of Utah. The act of sending spam also specifically and irrevocabley
grants sender(s)'s internet services provider(s) to provide such information as
may be needed to contact and/or serve process on sender(s).
