WELL KNOWN CITIZEN OF BEDIAS PASSES AWAY (1933)

Mr. W. W. Bracewell, a well and favorably known citizen of Bedias, died Monday night and was buried Tuesday afternoon at Mt. Pleasant. He was 62 years of age and was known as a good man, an honorable citizen and as a friend to humanity. He leaves his wife, two sons, and two daughters. He was stricken with paralysis last Friday morning and could not recover from the shock.

Mr. Bracewell was well known throughout this section and his passing from this life is a shock to his many friends. His life's work has been completed, a work well done through years of usefulness, and his reward is justly due for the life more beautiful than this.

Burial took place Tuesday afternoon at 4:00 o'clock at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery amid the many sorrowing friends and relatives. Rev. R. W. Davis conducted the burial services.

The children surviving are: Earl and Raymond Bracewell of Bedias; Mrs. Sam Nichols and Mrs. Tom Taylor of Livingston, Texas; also four grandchildren and six brothers, W. B., J. B., A. C., and E. F. of Bedias; U. C. of Madisonville; E. L. of Navasota. There are also two sisters: Mrs. A. E. Tuck of Goose Creek; and Mrs. W. W. Crowson of Bedias.
