Original Will of Andrew Ramsey is in Chancery Court Office, Newport Tennessee

I, Andrew Ramsey, being of sound and perfect mind and memory do make this and publish this my last will and testament in manner and form following;
First I desire that my beloved wife Rhoda Ramsey after my decease have in sole all my lands tenaments and h---ditriaments and all the proffits arising thereon too enjoy and live comertly upon until my Daughter Rhoda from therby arries to the age of twentyone years. Also all the stock and farming utensils that may be left at my decease and it is also my desire and Request that all my children that is now single may be maintained and supported by this as they Remain single, and it is my desire furthaly arise to the age of twenty one years, that my beloved wife Rhoda to still have controle and management of all my Estate for the sole benefit of the family as long as she lives, and at her my beloved wife Rhodas decease, it is my will and desire that all my Estate may be Equaly divided between all my children who are as follows to wit Jand, Lettitia, Joh, George, Sarah, Harriet, Dorcas, Andrew, James, Samuel, Mary, Elizebeth, William, Tolbard and Rhoda finaly and lastly I do apoint my belovedwife Rhoda and my son Andrew my Execeutrix and execyir if my last Will and Testament hereby Revoking all formor Wills by me made and that I desier my furnal Expences may be paid out of my moneys that is in the ____ of my Executrix and Executor after my decease in _______ Whereof I have have here onto set my hand and affixed my seal this 13th day of October 1845.
