Viz. First my will is that after all my just Debts and funeral expenses shall be fully paid and satisfied. And then my will is to dispose of all my Money, Bonds and Book Debts in manner and form hereinafter mentioned.
And then my will is that I give and bequeath to the Children of my sister Catharine the wife of John Leese of Dreton Bashwich the sum of Ten Pounds each, that is to say, Thomas the sum of Ten Pounds, Mary the sum of Ten Pounds, John the sum of Ten Pounds, William the sum of Ten Pounds, and Joseph the sum of Ten Pounds. The above are the Children of my Sister Catharine Leese.
And then my will is that I give and bequeath to the Children of my sister Mary the wife of John Corbert of Polesworth the sum of Ten Pounds each, that is to say, Elizabeth the sum of Ten Pounds, Mary the sum of Ten Pounds, and Thomas the sum of Ten Pounds. The above are the Children of my Sister Mary Corbert.
And then my will is that I give and bequeath to the Children of my sister Elizabeth the wife of John Fenton of Rosleston, the sum of Ten Pounds each, that is to say, Mary the sum of Ten Pounds, Dorothy the sum of Ten Pounds, James the sum of Ten Pounds, and Cornelies the sum of Ten Pounds. The above are the Children of my Sister Elizabeth Fenton.
And then my will is that I give and bequeath to my sister Ann the wife
of Thomas Knight of Apleby the sum of Ten Pounds, and likewise to her Children
the sum of Ten Pounds each, that is to say, James the sum of Ten Pounds
and Jane the sum of Ten Pounds. The above are the Children of my
Sister Ann Knight.
And then my will is that I give and bequeath to my sister Sarah the
wife of Richard Markland of Elford the sum of Ten Pounds, and likewise
to her Children the sum of Ten Pounds each, that is to say, Fowler the
sum of Ten Pounds, Richard the sum of Ten Pounds, James the sum of Ten
Pounds, Thomas the sum of Ten Pounds, Mary the sum of Ten Pounds, Ann the
sum of Ten Pounds, John the sum of Ten Pounds, and Catharine the sum of
Ten Pounds. The above are the Children of my Sister Sarah Markland.
And then my will is that I give and bequeath to my Brother Thomas Tipper
of Fradley the sum of Ten Pounds. And likewise to his Children, the
sum of Ten Pounds each, that is to say, Thomas the sum of Ten Pounds and
Sarah the sum of Ten Pounds. The above are Children of my Brother
Thomas Tipper and likewise I give and bequeath to my Brother Thomas Tipper
all my Cloths and Wearing Aparrel whatsoever and wheresoever shall or may
be found.
And then my will is that I give and bequeath to Ellenor Beard of Elford
Hall the sum of ten Pounds.
And then my will is that if any of the abovenamed Persons should please god to die before me or within the space of six months after my Death then and in that case their share or shares to be divided and shared Equally between my sister Sarah Markland and my Brother Thomas Tipper.
And then my will is that I leave Ten Pounds to bear the expenses of funeral and so forth.
And then my will is that if there should be any money more than I have will'd at my dease, then and in that case my will is that what is left shall be divided between my Sister Sarah Markland and my Brother Thomas Tipper aforesaid.
Lastly my will is that I nominate and Appoint my Brother Thomas Tipper and Thomas Bladen of Aldrewas sole executors of this my last will and Testament, Utterly revoking and Disallowing all former will or wills by me made. Ratifying and confirming this to be my last will and Testament.
