I William Tetley of Ticknall
in the County of Derby Wheelwright, being weak in Body but of sound Mind
Memory and Understanding do make and Ordain this my last Will and Testament
in manner and form following. I Give Devise and bequeath unto my loving
wife Sarah Tetley All my Real and Personal Estate of every nature and Kind
whatsoever with my stock of Wood and Tools in the Shop unto my said loving
Wife Sarah Her Heirs and Assigns for Ever. Provided nevertheless that in
case my said Wife Sarah does not live to expend the whole of my Real and
Personal Estate In that Case All that remains unexpended by my said Wife
Sarah out of my Estate both Real and Personal I Give Devise and bequeath
the said remainder as aforesaid, to my Nephew Roby Sturdivant of Derby
and my Three Nieces Mary Pearsal of Repton Mary and Sarah Sturdivant of
Derby sisters to the said Roby to be equally divided amongst them share
and share alike Lastly I nominate and appoint my said loving Wife Sarah
sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament and whom I charge with
the payment of my just Debts and Funeral Expenses In Witness whereof I
have hereunto set my Hand and Seal this Sixth Day of February One Thousand
Seven Hundred and Ninety

and declared by William Tetley the Testator for and as his last Will and
Testament in the presence of us who have Subscribed our Names as Witnesses
thereto in his presence and in the presence of each other.
