Winifred Balle was married on 02 November 1570 to Henrie Rushall at Badby, Northamptonshire, England. Winifred Rushall, widow", made her will on 15 April 1620 and she was buried at Badby on 19 April 1620. Her will was proved on 29 April 1620, and it mentions her "god Childe Mary Roote" and also "the other Children of my daughter Anne Roote". Her son John Rushall was also mentioned. The inventory of her estate was valued at 9 pounds, 10s, 6d.

"In the Name of God amen I Wynifrede R[ushall] being sicke in bodie but thankes be god of perfect mynde and memory doe make and ordaine this my last will and testament in manner and forme followinge Imnprimis I command my sole into the handes of God Allmightie Creator and most mercifull Redeemer and my bodie to the Earth from whence yt was first Taken. Item: I give and bequeath to my god Childe Mary Roote one fether bedd with a Coverlit and the appurtenances there to belonginge and 4 paier of sheets ad one Caffer Pelow all other my goodes and chatells what soever I give to my sonne John Rushall and the other children of my daughter Anne Roote the one halfe of them to be distributed amonge the children equally and the other half with the table and forme with chaule to my sonne John and I make and ordaine hime to be my only Executor of this my Last will and Testament 15 of Aprill 1620. This delivered by words in the presence of Raphael Heywood and Anne Roote. Probatum fuit pre vicessimo nono die mensis Aprilis 1620 coram...Wade Plico surrte vicari...Ex'to supr'..,.Testa'...Inventarius Ad sumnam 9L 10s 6d."
