Sarah Cooper was baptized 21 Sep 1645 in New Haven, CT.  Her father was named as John in this record. (1)  She married Samuel Hemingway on 23 Mar 1661/62 when she was sixteen and Samuel twenty-five and they had nine children over a period of twenty years.  There seems to be no record of Sarah after that birth.  Findagrave says she died 23 Nov 1689 and that is the exact date that her father died, so it may be incorrect.
