Elizabeth Hewes was probably born about 1609.  Her death record indicates she was 82 years old when she died which would make her born about 1603. (1)  She seems to have come over to the Colonies as a maid servant in 1633 where she met and then married Ralph Hemingway on 5 Jul 1634. (2) They had seven children, the last born in 1647.  If she was born in 1603 she would have been 44 years old at the birth of her last child, which is possible. She was supposedly 82 years old when she died.
