Elishua Crowe was admitted to Charleston church on 4 Jan 1635. Elishua arrived in New England previous to John's 1635 arrival. She appears to have traveled over with the family of Thomas Chubbock on the "Elizabeth Bonaventure" arriving in Boston June 15, 1633. She joined the church shortly thereafter with the name Elishua Crowe so she must have married John in England.
