Maria Apollonia Stoffel was born 15 Sep 1706 in Vorderweidenthal. (1) She married Johann George Zimmerle on 16 Nov 1728 at the age of 22. (2) They had four children. Maria Apollonia died 17 Jan 1760 at the age of 53. (3) Her youngest daughter was only 15. Her husband, Johann Georg Zimmerle, died five years later.

Year 1728 the 16th of November after the three times publicly given priestly Proclamation were together the bachelor Georg Zimmerle, Reformed Believer,. the surviving legitimate son of the deceased Christoph Zimmerle from Munchweiler and the maiden Maria Apollonia Stoffelin, the legitimate daughter of Nicolaus Stoffel a church sensor from Darstein.
