June the eight day Anno dommini 1634. In the name of God, Amen.I Isabel Brigham of Holme in Spalding More in the county of York widow sick and weak in body, but of good and perfect remembrance thanks be given to Almighty God, who has made me and all the world, and my body to be buried within the parish church or churchyard of Holme upon Spalding Moor. Imprimis I give to the poor, 13 shillings four pence. I come. I give my bed with the furniture thereof to William Ellithorpe my eldest son. Item. I give to my son Thomas, which is in his own hand 6 pounds. Item. I give to Christopher Ellithorpe my son five shillings. Item. I give to Francis Stables five shillings, and my cloak. Item. I give to Constance Crosby my daughter five shillings. Item. I give to Anne Crosby my daughter five shillings. Item. I give to my sister Constance Brigham my best gown and my petticoat. Item. I give to Richard Ellithorpe my grandchild 40 shillings. Debts owing to the sick party. Imprimis of Thomas Bradley of Holme upon Spalding Moor 6 pounds. item. Robert Millington, senior 4 pounds. I ordain constitute and appoint William Ellithorpe, my son, full executor of this my last will and testament (all other wills formerly made being recalled back again).
