Peter Worden II inherited all of his father's property in England and
America. He is first recorded being in New England June 2, 1640. His will was
dated Jan 9, 1680 and a codicil was added 29 July 1680. It was proved March 3,
1681. It left an inventory which included "house and land, money in Old England
not knowing what it may be worth."
In March 1667 the General Court fined William Lumpkin and Peter Worden of
Yarmouth ten shillings each for causing an unspecified disturbance at the
meeting house.
