Milicine Young was born in before 1782 in Granville, NC. (1) She married Hume R. Field on 18 Dec 1797 in Granville, NC. (2) She had six children and died sometime before 1827 as her husband remarried on 14 Aug 1827.

Taylor Anderson, the bondsman at their marriage, had married Milicine's sister Jane in 1790.  The Granville County marriage record lists her as Millane Young marrying Hume R. Field  "Anderson Taylor, bondsman; Step. Sneed, wit."

Will of her father, John Young, proven by oath of Hume R. Field, in August 1797, same month as marriage bond.
