The Darstein Families gives his date of birth as 14 Feb 1702/3 in Muenchweiler, Germany. (1) The date of birth is confirmed from his death record stating he was 62 years, 3 months and 16 days old.  When he married Maria Apollonia Stoffell on 16 Nov 1728 in Vorderweidenthal he stated his father was Christoph Zimmerle, deceased.  (2) From the Darstein Family Records:  In 1740 he was a "Gerichtsschoffe" which was a restaurant owner or landowner.  In 1764 was a "Gastwirtt" or lay judge.  He and his wife had four children.  He died 02 Jun 1765 at the age of 62. Year 1728 the 16th of November after the three times publicly given priestly Proclamation were together the bachelor Georg Zimmerle, Reformed Believer,. the surviving legitimate son of the deceased Christoph Zimmerle from Munchweiler and the maiden Maria Apollonia Stoffelin, the legitimate daughter of Nicolaus Stoffel a church sensor from Darstein.

November sind nach dreimaliger öffentlicher Proclamation priesterlich zusammen gegeben worden der Junggesell Georg Zimmerle, reformierten Glaubens, des verstorbenen Christoph Zimmerle von Münchweiler nachgelassener ehelicher Sohn und die Jungfer Maria Apollonia Stoffelin, des Nicolaus Stoffel, eines Kirchenzensors in Darstein eheliche Tochter.

Year 1765 on the celebration of the holy Trinity on June 2 went the way of all flesh Johann Georg Zimmerle, the church sensor of the reformed community and commoner inhabitant of Darstein.  He will be buried on the day after his funeral in the local churchyard.  His age was 62 years, 3 months and 16 days.

Anno 1765 am Fest der heiligen Dreieinigkeit dem 2. Juni ging den Weg alles Fleisches Johann Georg Zimmerle, der Kirchenzensor der reformierten Gemeinde und bürgerlicher Einwohner in Darstein. Er wurde am folgenden Tag darauf bei einem feinen Leichenbegangnis auf hiesigen Kirchhofe begraben. Seines Alters 62 Jahre 3 Monate und 16 Tage.
