To my dear and loving wife Ann Simonton my executrix and during her natural life she shall the improvement of all and singular my estate. To son William Simonton, my part or proportion of all ye farm I now dwell on. To son Walter Simonton, ten pounds old tenor. To son Andrew Simonton, ten pounds old tenor.
