M.W. Welch      ) Land) Know all men by them presents that I Delilah Browder of Williamsburgh District in the State aforesaid for an din Consideration of the Sum of (70) Seventy Dollars to me in hand paid by M. W. Welch of the State and District afore said Have Granted bargain Sell and release unto the Said M. W. Welch a certain parcel or tract of land containing (50) fifty acres more or less on an agreed line lying and being in Williamsburgh District in the State aforesaid on the branch waters of Sumter bounded on the West by lands of Henry Singleton on the East by lands of Delilah Browder on South by lands of I.A.Keels on the North by lands not known and hath Such Buttings and Boundings and having Such Shape forms and marks ar the accompanying Platt will ____ it being a part of a tract in land granted to John Browder the 2nd day of November in the year of our Lord 1851.  Together with all and singular the rights members hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise incident or appertaining to have an to hold all and Singular the premises aforesaid unto the Said Mr. W. Welch his heirs Executors administrators or assigns forever and I the Said Delilah Browder do hereby bind myself My heirs executors administrators or assigns to Warrant and forever defend all and Singular the premises above Mentioned and Conveyed unto the Said M. W. Welch his heirs Executors administrators or assigns against myself and my heirs and against all person whomsoever lawfully claiming the Same or any part thereof In Witness I hereunto Set my hand and Seal this the 3rd day of December One thousand Eight hundred and Sixty

Williamsburgh District Personally appeared Adam Browder who being duly Sworn deposith Saith that he was present and did see Delany Browder sign seal and as her act & deed deliver the within instrument of writing for the use and purposes written mentioned and that John David and John F. Cock with this deponent subscribe their names as Witnesses to the due execution thereof
