                           Pursuant to a warrant from William R. Scott commissioner of Locations of Williamsburg District dated the 29^th of Sept one thousand eight hundred & fifty one I have admeasured and laid out unto John Browder a tract of Land containing Eight hundred & fifty Acres Situated in the Said district on the branch waters of Santee bounded on the north by John Browder & Robt Scotts Land on and on the Northeast by conius  Land and on the West by Est Henry Singletons Land on all other Sides by vacant Land and hath Such found marks and boundaries as the above plat Represents
