Abraham Conner) Know all men by these presents that I John Browder of the State and district for and in consideration of the Sum of One Hundred Dollars to me paid in hand by Abraham Conner of the Same Place have granted [in left margin “For $1.00 Pd] Bargained and Sold and released and by these presents do grant bargain Sell and release unto the said Abraham Conner all that Plantation or Tract of Land containing Five? Hundred and Twenty five Acres it being Part of a Tract of Land of Two Thousand One hundred Acres ____ Surveyed for the Said Stephen Atkinson and granted to him and bounded on Land and Silas Bradshaws Lands and on the original Track and hath Such Shapes form and Marked Tree as will appear by the original plat and grant. Together with all and Singular the rights members herederateaments and appurtenances to the Said premises or in any Said incident or apputaning to the Same  To have and to hold all and Singular the Said premises before mentioned unto the Said Abraham Conner his heirs and afsigns for ever and I do bind myself my heirs Executors and Administrators to Warrant and forever Defend all and Singular the aforesaid premises to the Said Abraham Conner his heirs and afsigns against myself and my heirs and against every person whomsoever lawfully claiming and claim the same or any part thereof Sworn under my hand and Seal this Twenty ninth day of February One Thousand Eight Hundred and Thirty Two
