WILLIAMSBURGH DISTRICT ) Know all Men by these Presents that I Stephen Adkison of Sumter District Salem County and State aforesaid for and Inconsideration of the Sum of Twelve Dollars and fifty Cents to me paid in hand by Susanah Kersy Decessor and by the request of Stephen Kersy of Sumter District I do bargain Sell and release unto Eliza Browder of Williamsburgh District a plantation or tract of Land Containing twenty five Acres originally granted to the Said Adkinson in the year of One Thousand Eight hundred and Sixteen it being the place Where the Said Martin Browder dies Know Live it having Such form and Marks Woods trees Water Water Corses Profits Commodities as Will appear by a Plat laid out and made by Silas Bradshaw and Abraham Conner for the Said Stephen Kersey and I do hereby bind myself my heirs and Afsigns Executors and Administrators to Warrant and forever defend all Singular the Premises before mentioned Unto the Said Eliza Browder her heirs and afsigns forever
Given Under my hand and seal the 16 day of Febuary one Thousand Eight Hundred and Thirty two and Independency of the Unighted States of America
