Petition of Thomas Browder humbly sheweth That the estate of Thomas Browder Senr Decd is in same measure perishable and that the heirs are some of them minors – That the said estate is considerably in debt. I therefore wish you to grant me an order to sell the said property at public vendue and such terms as you think proper
And your petition will pray ~

Whereas Thomas Browder Senr late of Said district decd lately died Intestate having whilst he lived and at the time of his death divers good rights and credits within the district aforesaid by means whereof the full deposition and power of granting the Administration of all and Singular the goods rights & Credits of the said decd and also Crediting the Accounts calculations and recomings of the Said Administration and a final dismission of the Same to me is Manifestly Known to Belong I desiring that the goods rights and Credits of the Said decd may be well and truly Administerd converted and disposed of; do herby grant unto the Said Thomas Browder in whose Fidellity in this behalf I very much confide full power by the tenor of these presents to Administer the goods rights & credits of the Said decd, which to him in his lifetime and at the time of his death did belong, and to ask _vy recover and reserve the Same, and to pay the debts in which the decd Stood Obliged, So far forth askes goods rights & credits will intend According to there rate and order of Law, being first Sworn on The Holy Evangelists of Almighty God to make a true and perfect Inventory Thereof and to exhibit the Same into the Ordinary Office of Said district in order to be recorded on or before the Thirty first day of October now next issuing and to render a Just and true Account calculation and recoving of the Said admin unto required; and I ordain dispute and constitute you the Said Thomas Browder Administration of all the good rights and credits of the Said deceased
In testimony whereof I have hereunto Set my hand and Seal the Thirty first day of July Anno Domini 1807 and in the Thirty Second Year of American Independence
