State of South Carolina Williamsburgh District

                Know all men by these presents that I Thomas Browder of the District aforesaid do bargan and sell thirty two acres of land, it being part of a track of five hundred for in consideration of the sum of seventy five dollars to me in had paid by James Dennis of the district and state aforesaid which land joining south east by land of Robert Friersons lands, by S. W. by lands of Moses Frierson and an all other sides by the original track together with all and singular the rights hereditaments and appertainances belonging to the said premises to the said James Dennis his heirs and afsigns for ever against myself and every other person lawfully claiming or to claim the same or any part thereof – WITNESS my hand and seal this nineth 19 day of Dember one thousand eight hundred and eight and in the thirty secand year of the America Independancy ~
